预订说明：
Booking Instructions:
1.大会接受参会代表网上订房并缴费，未缴费的房间将不能保证用房需求。
1. The conference accepts online room reservations and payments from representatives. Rooms without payment confirmation cannot be guaranteed.
2.大会为通过订房链接订房代表免费提供会议期间（2025年11月18-20日）展馆-酒店往返交通服务。
2. Representatives who book rooms through the official reservation link will receive complimentary shuttle service between the exhibition venue and the hotel during the conference period (November 18–20, 2025).
预订须知：
Reservation Guidelines:
1.酒店预订中包含了大会所有可预订的酒店信息，预订前请您仔细阅读该酒店的地理位置、房型及价格。
1. The hotel booking section includes all available hotels for reservation. Please carefully review the hotel’s location, room type, and price before booking.
2.由于房源资源有限，以缴费后订房确认单为准保障住宿。
2. Due to limited room availability, accommodations will be guaranteed only upon payment confirmation and issuance of a reservation confirmation slip.
3.预订房间的代表，可根据抵离日期选择入住时间及离店时间。如有提前入住或延住，可与工作人员Ada卢老师17859765787电话沟通确认。
3. Representatives booking rooms may select check-in and check-out dates based on their arrival and departure schedules. For early check-in or extended stays, please contact our staff, Ms. Ada Lu, at +86 17859765787 to confirm availability.
取消或变更：
Cancellation or Modification:
1.预订成功后如需取消房间，请与2025年11月17日前告知，超过时间无法取消。
1. If you need to cancel your room after a successful reservation, please notify us by November 17, 2025. Cancellations will not be accepted after this date.
2.如需修改或变更酒店订单，请于2025年11月17日前通知工作人员：Ada卢老师 17859765787，逾期将无法取消、修改或变更，同时已缴纳的住宿费用将无法退还。
2. For modifications or changes to your hotel reservation, please inform our staff, Ms. Ada Lu, at +86 17859765787 by November 17, 2025. After this deadline, cancellations, modifications, or changes will not be possible, and the paid accommodation fees will be non-refundable.
入住须知：

请您抵达入住酒店后，持入住人有效证件于大会酒店前台办理入住。
Upon arrival at the hotel, please present a valid ID of the occupant at the conference hotel front desk to complete check-in procedures.
住宿发票：
Accommodation Invoice:
住宿发票统一由：【上海智海王潮会议展览有限公司】提供，订单完成后您可自行填写发票信息进行提交，系统将会把发票发送至您预留的邮箱号。
Accommodation invoices will be uniformly provided by: [Shanghai Zhihai Wangchao Conference & Exhibition Co., Ltd.]. After completing your order, you may fill in the invoice information independently, and the system will send the invoice to the email address you provided.
